I am trained in economics, conflict mediation, and CSR management. I have worked for nearly 30 years in ministries, agencies, and municipalities, and for 20 years I have worked with coaching, as I've always believed that coaching naturally complements project management and team leadership. Coaching has been something I couldn't resist, as it's deeply meaningful and immensely satisfying for me to follow a person's development and see them unfold their potential to achieve what they want to achieve (empowerment).

For me, project management and coaching go hand in hand and complement each other well.
